What to include

  • Operator name / shop name
  • Order ID (if applicable)
  • What file type you uploaded (PDF/DOCX/PPTX/etc.)
  • A screenshot of the error (if any)

Common issues

  • Order expired (files auto-delete after 15 minutes)
  • Preview not ready for Office files (DOCX/PPTX may take a few seconds)
  • File size/type limits (max 10 files, 25MB each)
