What to include
- Operator name / shop name
- Order ID (if applicable)
- What file type you uploaded (PDF/DOCX/PPTX/etc.)
- A screenshot of the error (if any)
Common issues
- Order expired (files auto-delete after 15 minutes)
- Preview not ready for Office files (DOCX/PPTX may take a few seconds)
- File size/type limits (max 10 files, 25MB each)
