Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of PrintQuick by Operators and Customers. By using PrintQuick, you agree to these Terms.

1) Roles

• Operator: a print shop using PrintQuick to receive files.
• Customer: a person uploading files to an Operator via QR/upload link.

2) The service

PrintQuick provides:

• Operator accounts and dashboard
• QR codes/upload links
• Temporary file upload and order tracking
• Preview/conversion features where available

3) Accounts (Operators)

Operators must:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under their account

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4) Customer uploads

Customers can upload files without creating an account. Customers must:

• Upload only content they have the right to share and print
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service

5) Content and printing responsibility

Operators are responsible for:

• How they handle, print, and store customer files
• Complying with local laws and any customer instructions

Customers are responsible for:

• The content they upload
• Ensuring files are correct and print-ready

PrintQuick is a delivery/transfer tool; we are not a print shop and do not guarantee print quality.

6) Retention and deletion (important)

Uploads are temporary. Orders/files expire after a retention window (currently ~15 minutes by default). You acknowledge that:

• Files may be deleted automatically
• You should not use PrintQuick as permanent storage
• We are not liable for losses due to expiry/deletion outside the service’s retention window

7) Availability and changes

We aim for high availability, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or network issues. Features may change over time.

8) Subscriptions and free trials (Operators)

If we offer a free trial (e.g., 30 days) and paid subscriptions:

• Trial access may end automatically after the trial period
• Paid features may be blocked until you subscribe
• Pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase/checkout (when enabled)

9) Prohibited use

You must not:

• Reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PrintQuick is provided “as is”
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Operator to PrintQuick in the last [30] days (or INR 0 if no payment)

11) Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [Your City/State] will have jurisdiction.
